     I was doing some daily Bible reading, and I came across these verses that really spoke to me - I just want to share them here:

Isaiah 58:6-11
Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke.
Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house?  when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy rereward.
Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am.  If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity.
And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day;
And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

     Happy New Year!  I apologize for having the website down over the holiday season, but I had to do some work on it.  You probably won't see any difference, but I am considering bringing the site under the control of Christian Charity Center.  Christian Charity Center is a Christian-based, Charitable, Non-Profit Corporation that just came into existence in late December.  I will provide more details later regarding this charity, as it is in it's infancy.  I am now developing a website for the charity.  Christian Charity Center is a corporation founded by myself and some other deeply motivated Christians to find and develop ways to collect and then redistribute goods for the poor, while at the same time spreading the Gospel, primarily through web-based means.  Christian Charity Center is not a church, but will not be bashful about spreading God's Word as it provides charitable services to the community.  I am announcing this organization today, however, be aware that the charity is definitely in it's infancy.  We've just got the P.O. Box a week ago, and we're still looking for a building to operate out of.   It may take a few months to get this charity off the ground - I will keep everyone apprised of what's going on, as things happen.  You may contact the charity by either emailing me, or you can send letters to the following address:

The website will be operational shortly.   You can reach it either through LetUsWorship.com or at ChristianCharityCenter.com.  Please pray for us.  I feel strongly in the spirit about this endeavor and truly feel it will prove to be a blessing to the needy in the community.  It is a bit overwhelming, perhaps a bit frightening to get involved with something to this degree, but I feel God is definitely calling me to become MUCH more involved with charitable works - I will speak more of this in another note in the future.  May God Bless you all!
